About RFC (Reform For Change)

Reform for Change is a non-profit C4 organization dedicated to the education and awareness of all Californians of the need for reform and change in our state governance and election systems.   We are focused on education and social welfare of reform for change in California.  With real reforms and change, problems like budget management, education reform, economic growth and healthcare issues can be solved.
